-homo milk
-frozen berries
-pear and apples
-1 tsp of honey
-1.5 scoops of protein powder banana cream flavored.

Hello

Welcome to my blog. Being the mom of two, and working full-time, I sometimes have little time to make myself a proper lunch. So I took the habit to at least, make myself shakes and quick meals. I just wanted to share them with you!
